My wife went shopping for wedding invitations the other day. She bought some and when she arrived home decided to go online and see if the store had any coupons online. Wow, she found the store was offering 50% off coupons, she printed the coupon and went back to the store and bought the invitations with the coupons. Saved $39.00. After wards she returned the orgrinal invitations and got her money back. While it was alittle hassle, took about an hour, the savings was well worth it. Always check for coupons from stores you shop at. The savings can be huge!!

If you're considering buying or refinancing a home, I would check into FHA mortgages before making a decision on another loan offer. FHA loans require much smaller downpayments typically. They are also available to individuals with less than perfect credit. Both of these make FHA loans a very popular option in today's market where credit is tight.

There are FHA loan limits on the amount that you can borrow for a one-, two-, three-, or four-unit property. These limits differ in each state by county, borough (Alaska), or parish (Louisiana). So check to see if the amount you need to borrower for home you are purchasing (or refinancing) is less that the loan limit for the area where the property is located.

Hello all, I can't stress enough the value of having your vehicle detailed before you sell it. Go to a professional to have it done. The cost will be about $200. But the return will be minimun $500. It doesn't matter whether your selling it privately or trading it in to a dealership.

By odering salads or appetizers you're less likely to order huge meals due to the fact you're less hungry. Depending on the venue and size of the portions they serve, you might want to split a main course and order salads or appetizers to fill out the meal. This strategy can save you alot of money over the course of a year.

Clothing can be very expensive especially when it comes to children. A money saving stragety, is to shop at stores that offer price adjustments, eg: The Gap, Old Navy. If an article of clothing goes on sale, you can, after a specific time period, usually 14 days, get a price adjustment. Keep those receipts and stay and visit the store often.

Welcome all, it is my opinion as stated in my book that when buying a vehicle the dealerships always want to charge for admin fees, that is to process the paper work. this practice is just a cash grab and should not be paid. When negoiating the purchase price of the vehicle always include the admin or "Doc Fee" in your offer. Try it it can save you upwards of $200
